Indicative pricing is not an offer

Every figure produced by the calculator on this site, and every price shown on any page, is an indicative estimate. It is not a quotation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and does not form a contract. A binding price exists only in a written quote we send you that identifies your specific job.

Postage figures are explicitly marked as indicative wherever they appear, because the amount depends on the finished piece’s weight and format and on which Australia Post lodgement options your campaign qualifies for. How the calculator is built.

Prices and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars. Figures are shown excluding GST unless the line explicitly says it includes GST. We may change published rates at any time; a written quote holds for the period stated on it.

The guides and articles are general information written to be useful. They are not legal, financial, marketing or privacy advice, and your circumstances will differ. Where we cite a third party — Australia Post rates, regulatory guidance — we link to the source, and that source governs, not our summary of it.

Your material

You keep ownership of any copy, artwork and data you send us. By sending it you confirm you have the right to use it and to have us reproduce it. We keep ownership of this site and of any handwriting styles we develop, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

What we will decline

We will not produce mail that is deceptive, harassing, or unlawful, and we will not write signatures onto documents with legal effect. Where that line sits.

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, this website is provided as is, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an indicative estimate rather than a written quote.
