Add handwriting to what you already sell
If you already sell campaigns, print or mail, handwriting is a line item you can add without buying a machine or hiring anybody. You sell it, we write it, and your client never learns our name.
Marketing agencies
A physical channel your agency can sell without buying machines. White-label production, trade pricing and a supplier your client never meets.

Handwritten letters, cards and envelopes as an overflow service for Australian mail houses - trade priced, unbranded, and returned for you to lodge.

Add handwritten addressing and cards to your print offering without buying equipment. Trade pricing, your branding, and work returned to you.

Nothing of ours reaches your client
No branding on the work, no inserts, no return address that is not yours. Where you want the finished job delivered to your client directly, it goes out looking as though it came from you, because as far as the arrangement is concerned it did.
Trade pricing
Priced below the published rates on this site, on a schedule that depends on the volume you put through rather than the size of any single job. Your margin is yours and we have no view on what you charge.
You keep the client
We do not approach the businesses you bring us, during the work or after it. That is worth stating plainly because it is the first thing anyone in this position wants to know.
One format, not a product line
We write. We do not print, design, buy stock, manage lists or lodge mail unless asked. That is deliberate - you already do those things, and a supplier who wants to do all of them is a competitor waiting to happen.
Why it is worth having on the shelf
The argument you will make to your own clients is the one below. It is not our number and we did not run the study - it is the benchmark the industry uses, and it is the reason a physical piece still earns a place in a media plan.
- Direct mail - average response rate
- 4.4%
- Social media - engagement rate
- 0.6%
- Paid search - click-through rate
- 0.58%
- Email - average response rate
- 0.12%
- Display advertising - click-through rate
- 0.04%
These are United States figures, self-reported by the marketers who ran the campaigns, and there is no equivalent Australian series. Treat them as the shape of the thing rather than a forecast of your result - the honest use is to compare channels and list types against each other, not to predict a number for your campaign.
Handwriting is not what produces that gap; the letterbox is. What handwriting changes is the odds of the envelope being opened rather than sorted into the pile with the windows in it, and that is the part of the funnel a printed piece cannot fix by trying harder.
We are careful about this elsewhere on the site and will be here too: the evidence for handwriting specifically is thinner than the evidence for mail generally, and anyone selling you a percentage lift from the pen alone is guessing.
The practical details
- Minimum 100 pieces per job, the same as anywhere else on this site.
- You supply the stock - your paper, your envelopes, your client’s branding. We write on what arrives.
- Data comes as a spreadsheet, one row per piece, with merge fields in their own columns.
- Sign-off before production. We confirm the job with you before anything runs, and can send a written sample where the job warrants it.
- Finished work returns to you unless you ask us to deliver straight to your client.
What we will not tell you
We are a young business and we are not going to invent a client list, a case study or a turnaround guarantee to win a trade account. If you need referees before putting your own name on something, say so and we will tell you honestly where we are up to - including if the answer is that you should wait.
